Legislation

The legal framework we work within

Construction, facilities & general workplaces

Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993

Governs health and safety at general workplaces, including construction sites through the Construction Regulations. We apply it on all construction, technical and facilities contracts — with appointed safety officers, health and safety representatives, first aiders and documented risk assessments.

Mining operations

Mine Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996

Governs health and safety at mines. On mining contracts our people, plant and procedures comply with the MHSA and the mine's own codes of practice and standards — including medical fitness, operator competence and mine-specific inductions.
